About Holiday Harbor

Holiday Harbor began with a box of lights that promised one thing on the website and another on the cable. The count, the plug and the indoor rating were all buried in small print, which is exactly the information a buyer needs before hanging anything.

The range stays small: an inflatable yard piece, a pre-lit flocked garland, an olive wreath and a pop-up tinsel tree. Every listing states its power source, cable or battery requirement, light count and whether it is intended for indoor or covered-outdoor use.

Seasonal stock is inspected when it arrives. Plugs and controllers are checked against the supplier sheet, and a decoration that cannot be stored flat or packed back into its box is not added to the range.

Orders are boxed by the same small team that answers email. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scans the label, and questions about socket reach, timer settings or storage are answered before the order goes out.
